Lisa and I are heading to El Mirage in the morning with Wink and Dee. I’m looking forward to watching him haul ass on this monster. 230 horsepower with the rear head up against his stomach. I can’t wait!

I went with Lisa on Tuesday to visit Anthony’s shop. He was finishing up a customers bike I had made the seat for. Also noticed it was running Biltwell grips and their throttle assembly. I run them on all my bikes.

This beauty couldn’t keep its hands off of them.

I recently covered a seat and set of grips for the guys at FBS. Robert said he would send some pictures when it was complete but I never expected pictures this nice! Make sure and check out their products. They make some REALLY nice stuff for the shop. I’ve been using their sprayers and tapes and they are better than anything I’ve used before.

This seat and grips was for an FBS show bike that will be displayed at SEMA. I’m looking forward to going up this year and meeting the guys from FBS. They make great products and were great to work with.
Here are a few wallets that have been shipped recently. The interior shot is just to show a sample of my wallet interiors. I hand make each one. A wallet interior that actually has some function over the typically seen simple interiors in most hand made wallets. They are all #1 grade leather with USA made solid brass zippers. The inside of all pockets excluding the card slots are lined with pig skin suede.
Attention to detail in the smallest pieces. This small belt loop for a wallet chain is also lined with calfskin using all solid brass hardware. The belt is lined on the back with calfskin and all edges are hand finished after being sewn.

This project has been a slow one. The end result will be worth the wait. The 96″ S&S motor may not earn him many points with the “cool” crowd but Harold is more interested in riding than working on his newest project. Its a lot different than the typical So-Cal bike and hopefully will pump some fresh life into the current scene. Alex, Joe, and I spent Sunday helping McGoo get closer to wrapping this thing up. Hopefully he will have it wrapped up in time for Hippy Killer April 14th.
